Every MUNDEL engagement follows the same five steps. Assess: we understand the scope, the risks, the applicable standards and the site conditions. Plan: we set out the method statements, HSE plan, schedule and resources. Mobilise: qualified people, verified equipment and logistics are put in place. Deliver: work is supervised to procedure, with regular reporting. Verify: results are inspected, documented and closed out, and lessons are recorded for the next job.
